 We should all expect to be questioned about something we should know but we don’t. Most people react poorly because they are not prepared for the question. By default your response is usually something like, “I don’t know” or “I don’t have an answer”. It doesn’t matter how old you are (you could be starting middle school or retired), where you are from (you could be from a third world country or large metropolitan city), or what you do . . . → Read More: Being a manager does not make you a leader  You may not think what you do matters but everything you do matters. People are watching everything you say and do. People are making judgments about you including what you wear and how you act.
